We will accept all goods for exchange / return on the following Conditions
1). Good must be returned within 14 days of receipt and if purchased On this website must be returned direct to San Lee Shoes, 11, Jalan Midah 5, Taman Midah, Cheras. 5600 K.L.
2) Goods must be returned unused, undamaged and unsoiled in their Original packaging, with the original receipt.
3) Shipping/Handling charges will not be refunded except in the case of faulty manufacturing .
4) We have a two month warranty for returns on faulty Shoes. If faulty Shoes have not been returned within two months we will not accept them back. Dance Shoes by their very nature must be very flexible and soft and are therefore more delicate in nature than normal sports trainers or fashion Shoes, and do not have as long a life span.
To avoid soiling shoes when trying them on for the first time use a clean soft surface such as a carpet or paper ( not newspaper)
5) normal Price item are exchangeable within 14 days from the Invoice date.
6) Strictly no exchange and store credit refunds for items Sold Under / such as Flat Price, Mark down, and stock Clearance Item ,which you will see the term (not Valid for exchange) In the Invoice.
7) Exchange Policy is granted for one time only for each item.
8) Exchange value are all in the currency of ringgit Malaysia.
9). If the Hem that you wish to exchange is out of stock, you can choose to exchange to any other item, Subject to stock availability .If the item you wish to exchange exceeds the value of the item return, you shall pay for the excess; in other case, if the price of the item you wish to exchange is lower than the price of the returned item. No cash refund policy shall apply.
10) If in our sole opinion, the goods you have returned to us are not faulty or damaged, and correctly correspond to the description displayed on our website or they have not been returned in accordance with our return policies or they have not been returned, in accordance within the relevant returns period from receipt of order, you will not be entitled to an exchange and we will return the goods to you at your costs and expense.
11) Customers who wish to return/exchange items on their order may do so according to our return exchange policy .The customer is solely responsible and liable for courier charges, cost and expenses. We advise all customers to return products via a recordable or tracked mean as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in return transit.
